We were absolutely thrilled to have Charly from Weddings by Charly as the photographer for our wedding day. She was the very first supplier that we booked after meeting her at a Wedding fair and from start to finish, her friendliness, responsiveness and positivity made the entire experience so enjoyable and stress-free.
Charly’s photography style is simply beautiful, which was one of the main reasons that we booked her. The images she creates are natural and timeless, with an incredible ability to capture the genuine emotion of every moment. We opted for an upgrade to include a second shooter, Dayle, and it was absolutely worth it, allowing us to have the groom’s preparations documented, along with second angles throughout the day.
The number of images Charly shared with us was great – well over 1000, including some in black and white that are absolutely stunning. Her turnaround time was incredibly quick, with a sneak peek of three gorgeous photos within 24 hours and the full gallery ready within under three weeks. She also provided a personalised keepsake box with selected prints and a USB containing high-quality images, in addition to the digital copies.
Charly’s professionalism was evident from the beginning, as was her creative flair. She had so many fantastic ideas, like a champagne spray photo, which turned out to be one of our favourites. We also took advantage of the free engagement photoshoot she offers, which was such a great experience and helped us get comfortable in front of the camera. We really appreciated that she was flexible with timing to make it work for us.
On the wedding day, Charly’s enthusiasm and positivity were infectious. Guests even commented on how discrete and non-intrusive she was, capturing the day beautifully without ever being in the way.
